Universal Manufacturing Corp Jeff Andrew Blake Myers Patent licensing for a fee to inventor Oakbrook Terrace Il

This company seems completely bogus and a scam. They picked a name that comes up on many searches as legit, but that's not them. They are located in Illinois and are NOT registered with the state as required. The scam is first a customer service rep contacts you and says her manufacturing company wants to license you patent. That's how they troll you.

They this guy Jeff Andrew, who's very slick, convinces you their mysterious committee will evaluate your patent for licensing. Then a week later, he calls to congratulate you and says they will license your product and get these big orders for only $4k.  If they are so sure it's a big winner, why bother charging $4k?

In looking at their contract, it's a total scam. Never give someone money to market you invention, it's all scams. This guy has a completely fake site, fake articles posted on various sites, and a true scam. Says they were founded in 1999, but his site was created on 2/2018 and no articles appear before that date. Even YouTube videos that are fake. It's  total scam. Stay away.
