Dear Universal Translation Services Team,
I am writing to formally request payment for the three translation projects I completed for your company under our signed agreement. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and messages to your finance and management departments, I have yet to receive any response regarding my due payment.
Details of the Unpaid Work:
- Freelancer Name: Sadiqullah Safi
- Projects Completed: (S-211919 English to Pashto, S-203164 English to Pashto, S-203030 English to Pashto)
- Completion Date: (15 Oct 2022, 23:30, 15 Apr 2022, 16:30, 19 May 2022, 17:30)
- Total Amount Due: (2787 USD for all projects)
- Payment Method Agreed: PayPal
At the time of project completion, I was unable to receive my payment due to regional restrictions on PayPal. However, I have now successfully created my PayPal account and have provided my payment details. Despite this, I have not received any updates from your team regarding my compensation.
I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please process my pending payment at your earliest convenience or provide a clear explanation for the delay. If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will be forced to take further action, including filing complaints on professional platforms such as Trustpilot, ProZ, BBB (Better Business Bureau), and Ripoff Report.
I hope to resolve this matter amicably and professionally. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the payment.
