UntilGone sold me a New Canon 6D Mark II DSLR camera, but instead of sending me that; they fraudulently sent the wrong camera... A Used Chinese version Canon 6D Mark I. (The older, outdated model from 2007).    When notified to this, their response was subpar to put it lightly. They asked for pictures as proof, which makes sense, but refused to communicate how they planned on handling it. other than to keep repeating over and over "We're checking with our supplier". Their internal issues with their vendors is not the customers problem!!    Kept asking for information, nothing. Asked for a supervisor, nothing.  Asked for a refund, nothing.  Asked if I was going to get what I ordered as a replacement, nothing. Since returned it, nothing.   This is a straight up scam.   It's now been over two weeks since I ordered. Unnaceptable.    They tried to pull a scam and now are delaying to rectify it after being caught red-handed.    Now my bank is involved to reverse the charges because I do not trust this fraudelent company and neither should you.
