Upper Echelon LLC Sanctionite (internet name) Fake services and stolen funds NH

Upper Echelon (also called upper echelon gamers) has stolen my money by offering a fake service where they allow for videos to be comissioned but when you suggest a real topic they never cover it.

Everything I had seen up until this point seemed real, but when I finally engaged with their service it was clear that they took the money and ran. 

Gaming has always been a passion of mine and since i had some spare money laying around I thought i could use their service to comission a video on a subject I care about, but after going through their system they walked away with the money and wouldnt return my calls or emails.

Returning customer communications is core to any successful business and Upper Echelon LLC has decided to ignore this by pocketing the funds that should have been used to produce a video.

Understanding what your audience wants should be helpful for them, but instead they turned it into an opportunity to take from one of their most dedicated fans. I dont normally produce reports like this, but under the circumstances it felt warrented. 420 dollars was used to try and comission the intended project but as soon as the funds hit their paypal, the communication stopped.

Learning why this happened to me was my first instinct, and upon investigating further it turns out that this is a pattern for them. The entire model of this service, which they have advertised on many occassions... is to manipulate the audience into requesting topics and paying for those topics when they care the most... only to walk away with the money.

Everything seemed legitimate to me but that is because they have skillfully crafted a system where you give them money as a "donation" instead of having actual security or accountability and thus they get to rip off their audience without recourse.

Sadly, i doubt there is any way to get my money bakc but hopefully filing this report will warn others NOT to send them the 420 they request for a standard comission topic package, because they will take that money and run.
