USA ,America,Land of the Free Auto dealer Fraud and deception All Consumers We need to stand up!! We need to report all fraud Scottsdale AZ

I'm writing this in hope that our consumer rights are taken a little more serious! When you write your complaint your assigned a #.I know it never gets looked at. They in return write a letter to the guilty party which in fact is on giving them time to cover they're faults and u wait 3 months for a decisions but they did tell you to hire a lawyer .

You get a letter back with them admitting they're innocense and if you feel that is not correct mail proof. Hello I mailed all of that with the complaint. All there clear as day!! Oh yea they give you literature on how to avoid this. OK let's see here I did the title check,vin and history,arranged an inspection,and never filled out a credit report because I paid cash.

Now after purchase I have a loan switched car Carfax is changed and vin.Signature is used over and over. But this is the best title is dated 2 months prior to purchase with low odometer miles,lein(paid cash) and registration has never been issued prior vin check said Dec14, and they're has been 15 entitle changes and 4 vehicle Ids. on the title. So the companies that hold our (sensitive info) dealer track,inspire,1 to 1,Reynolds and Reynolds,cdk,dealer built.(all breeched) Have the ability to handle your car buying from pulling your credit to registering to signing.

they have prior application stats.They use phantom cars held at different spots all over and they pull cars from copart and put them back on the road to a consumer with cloned vins.So now that you purchased extend warranty its no good cuz there's no vehicle history.Are consumer agency's have access to that same information.

Now Wouldn't it be better to report itand send a letter stating that's our 2000 t hcomplaint and well record that.And turn around and rip they're business licence out from under these crooks and stop this corruption.No more illegal trading,shell stocks gov.corruption.And one by one eliminate them .I think its fair to say when thousands of people are complaint there may just be 1 that is to lead to them to prison.

When we go to purchase a vehicle we shouldn't be warned how to buy dealers should be running a HONEST business.
