USA AUTO SERVICE Set me up with a rip-off finance company Las Vegas Nevada

I have taken my cars to the same shop for decades, V&V Auto. Well the owner, who has been a friend for years, retired and sold the business. Now it's USA AUTO SERVICE at 4825 Smoke Ranch Road here in Las Vegas. I mention them because without them this would have never happened. My truck needed a costly repair, $2750.00, I couldn't afford it at that time, but they said no problem, we can get you financed through KOALIFI, they're very reasonable and you'll have them paid off in no time. She did it all on their computer, I never got to read anything, she explained it as a great choice and if I remember correctly, I signed on the computer. Even though they did, as far as I can tell, a good job on the repair I screwed up by trusting them as I did Don and V&V. Now, $5156.30 later I was wondering just how much I've paid them, so I went to my bank account and find I've paid 10 payments of $515.63 , so I call them to find out what was going on, they say my 1st payment was Nov. I tell them that I'm looking right at my statement and it says Oct. they refuse to accept that even, though it is clear on my statement, they say it is only 9 payments. So on top of everything else they want to steal another $515.30 from me. I can't recomend either business. DO NOT GO TO USA AUTO SERVICE as they are the ones who got me into this mess by doing business with such a ripoff company, and telling me how good they were. And under NO circumstances EVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH KOALIFI, or any company that uses them, any who use such a ripoff company can't be very trustworthy themselves.  I have to rate them before I can submit this, but none quite do it, so my rateing and experience aren't as I would have said it., They did the repair,and I can't say they did a bad job of it, even though I thought it was a bit over priced, but I feel that way about a lot of things. But they did lie to me about Koalifi, and they did decide to align themselves with a total rip-off company. I'll give 3 stars, but if not for Koalifi I might have gone 5, and because they screwed me with Koalifi I really don't want to give any. I don't really want to say they are a total rip-off because if I had the cash this wouldn't have happened, but I didn't and they screwed me. Yeah, so thanks a lot, I won't be back, and I won't be sending any of my friends there..
