I placed my premium order with this company online to get a copy of my birth certificate in March 2025. I completed the process and submitted a copy of my military ID as that was one of the "accepted" forms of ID I could use. I received an email stating they needed a copy of the back of the ID, so I copied and emailed it back to them.
Several weeks later, I inquired as to the status of my order. This guy named "David" replied back and stated my military ID was not accetable and that I would need to submit a copy of my D/L. I logged into their website to submit the D/L. The website stated my order was 100% processed and would not allow me to submit the D/L via the website.
So I emailed the front and back copy in a reply back to David. I received another email days later telling me my order was again completed.
I let several weeks pass and I just sent an email yesterday inquiring as to the status of my order (it is now July 2025). This David person replied back and told me my order was processed and to expect delivery of my birth certificate sometime in January 2026 or later.
I then replied back requesting cancellation of my order and a refund of the payment I made for the premium service. How much you want to bet I get a reply back refusing to issue me a refund.
Whatever you do...DO NOT use this site or any other online site to get your birth certificate. Request a copy through regular mail.
I will keep you posted on their reply back to my request for a refund.

Just wanted to give eveyone an update. I received an email from the "David" guy at usbirthcertificates.com today stating that I had exceeded the 120 day period for a refund......imagine that.... This David guy was the one that delayed the processing of my request long enough to exceed the 120 day threshold so they could deny my refund. I am reporting this site to every possible agency I can. DO NOT USE THIS SITE for any reason. They are a HUGH RIPOFF. I should have done my due diligence and look into this website further. DO NOT make the same mistake I did.
