Well. I have never had a good experience here and try to avoid this place. But I needed to send a gift overseas and the usps usually is pretty good. That's what I used to think. So I filled out all the forms and then gave the package to the clerk. He then put the wrong country into the computer. Even though the forms clearly state the right address. So one month later and I check to see the status. It was supposed to go to the Republic of Georgia and he entered Albania into the computer. Absolutely careless. It wasn't even that busy. Yet he rushed through the process recklessly.
No refunds. No recourse. Just a loss of $200 on my part. This is just unacceptable. Can they only hire people that are meant for fast food work? I can buy another watch. But imagine if it was something more important. You can do everything the right way just to get stabbed in the back by the incompetent third world USPS. Totally disgraceful.
