Utah Unemployment Victoria A worker named Victoria claimed that I committed fraud, when I wasn't paid by company Salt Lake City Utah

I had worked for a company in Utah for about seven days. I was told I would be paid on a certain day, and never was. I wasn't going to continue to work for free. I continued to file unemployment, and tried to let Victoria know that the company never paid me. I filed a complaint with Utah Wage & Hour Division too. Victoria claims that I committed fraud. I have it in writing from the company that I would be paid on a certain day, and it would be a paper check. I also have it in writing from the company, that they didn't have a check for me. It was deeply concerning that I couldn't use their time clock. I had to send a text message of the days and times I worked for the company to the woman that ran their small human resources department.
