VACATION PALM SPRINGS REAL ESTATE, INC. RIP OFF COMPANY - STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! PALM SPRINGS CA

I booked a rental through this company in Palm Springs on April 3rd. I called today to cancel because the group of other people that were coming no longer want to come and because I am unable to cancel my son's therapy sessions.

I thought he wouldn't have any due to the long weekend but apparently he does and they told me it's not recommended to cancel. Instead of getting some type of empathy from these animals, all I got were robots telling me that if I cancel, I will be charged $250 plus city taxes plus their booking fee of $119.24.

Basically they are going to charge me $400 just for cancelling when they know d**n well they are going to rent out this house again for the long weekend since I am cancelling more than 30 days in advance. I have booked with  many other agencies before and I have never heard of such a ridiculous cancellation policy especially for someone giving them a heads up long before the rental time.

They are basically trying to scam everyone they can and in the meantime when they book the house again, they are going to earn that money all over again from the new customer. THEY ARE A FRAUD. They are rude as hell and the manager is even worse. I called back to ask how much approximately I'm getting back, she was talking all over me because I cussed her out after I heard the cancellation policy.

They also LIED to me when they told me I had to sign the rental agreement immediately. I actually didn't have to so therefore, this company will do anything to get you binded to their cancellation policy so they can rip you off. I'M TELLING YOU, GO ELSEWHERE THAT HAVE REASONABLE CANCELLATION POLICIES. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ON BBB, THEY SUCK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY!
