Vagaro Cancellation Scam Warning! They will revoke access to the info in your account that you've already paid to access and charge you to access it again - if you cancel mid-billing cycle!

Ok, so we know all other business and professional apps (and seriously 90% of apps on the app store) will allow you to continue to access your account and information in your account if you cancel mid-billing cycle. This is a standard practice because you have already paid for the entire month, if you cancel part way through, you should lose access once the month you have paid for is up... Most apps on the Google store understand this and will allow you to retain access for the entire amount of time you've been billed for - this is NOT Vagaro.

Sorry to inform everyone but Vagaro is shady and will lock you out of your account the second you press cancel - even if you just paid for another month! To top it off... I was told I'd be charged to "reactivate" my account for another month just to go in and export my calendar!...

I still have time left on my month! I just pressed cancel because I didn't want to continue into the next month. I DID NOT agree to more charges here to access something I should already have access to.

They claim they warn you about this when canceling. I don't care, it isn't right, it is shady and unethical and hence my SCAM report. That is exactly what this is.

The problem here is we are professionals using this app. We need our schedule and appointment history. Imagine getting audited?!

I asked to get access to my information (I didn't need any of the actual features anymore - literally just an export of my calendar and appointment notes). I talked to several customer services reps. All of them didn't know what was going on or how to access anything and they were zero help. 

All of this over $25... you'd think they'd be able to actually help someone and have good customer support. They are seriously treating their customers like garbage over a $25 CDN monthly fee that they shouldn't even be charging me in the first place (no other honest business would charge a former customer for this)... TERRIBLE company. I do not recommend anyone ever to use this app or work with this shady company who will charge you to access the information you have already paid to access.
