Was delivered Jan 11 a car with a chip in the windshield. Three witnesses present also saw it hears the delivery driver say the dealer would take care of it. A phone call to the dealer Jan 12 with someone who called himself a sales manager said they would take care of it and that he will call me back, he never called back.
Messages with the sales agent, Brittany, on Jan 11, 12, 20, and 21 said she will ask the manager to fix, she never called back. I send one text message missing a comma and they on Jan 22 cop-out and claim they, after all those phone conversations and texts asking when they will fix my windshield, that they understood I have volunteered to fix it myself 11 days after delivery.
Now it has gotten so bad I have to replace the windshield. They refuse to do anything.

Message to Vann York: "Send me the piece of trim to replace the dented one and I'll pay to put it on myself [comma] and [Vann York] pay for a company to come plug the chip in the windshield." Despite conversations to the contrary, they now claim this text is proof I volunteered to fix it myself and they release themselves for any and all responsibility for their driver damaging the vehicle during transport even though they initially said they would cover the repairs.
