These guys tried to list my house in Portland for sale. Met with their "lead Salesman" Kevin Riley. Right away I could tell he had no more than a high school education. Making up words and speaking in long winded phrases that you could tell were over his head.

I started doing some research and discovered Kevin Lee Riley of Hubbard, Oregon is a two time convicted FELON! How he got a license to practice real estate is beyond me. How does the Oregon and Washington real estate commission both miss this. So i get on their website and you look at this "Co Founders. Google the name Nicholas Cendoya their "CEO". He is a convicted drug addict who lured some poor innocent girl into the woods in California. The third "Founder" Dustin Dettwyler if you Google him you will find he is a serial bankruptcy court visitor. Once in Oregon and now in Kansas. He also has a Oregon real estate license. How you can be this financially irresponsible and declare BK every time the law allows and still practice in a licensed profession is beyond me.

Trusting these three stooges with my biggest investment is going to be a pass for me but my real question is dont't they have a background check process for real estate licenses anymore? And who would let these two pass? Is the drugs and attempted assault of a young lady in California where they draw the line these days?
