Vaping Corp DEANGELO They took my order, received payment from me ($225) and then stopped all communication. Colorado

Vaping Corp took my order, opened an account for me with password via email.  They also sent me another email that said:  "Just to let you know — we've received your order #****, and it is now being processed."  Their website still says my order is being processed.

Their website advertised payment via Paypal or bitcoin but it was not listed as a payment method at online checkout.  Upon inquiry, they said they were not using those methods of payment at this time, and requested payment via Zelle.

I paid them via Zelle, and asked when I would get confirmation of payment.  They said I would get confirmation of payment shortly.  I never received the confirmation of payment or any other communication from them after payment.

Since that time I have sent requests for info and payment confirmation via their online chat and also by email.  After several days, still no response.  Their website chat window offeres help to prospective customers, and when I sent a request for help their chat screen said my request was sent successfully.  But the online chat person  totally ignored me while still offering help to other customers.

Again, I have never received any form of communication from them since they received my money.  When a customer uses Zelle, there is great concern that the seller will be honest and do everything possible to make the customer feel comfortable, that their payment was received, and their order is being filled asap.



  However Vaping Corp does nothing in this regard.    It has become clear from their refusal to communicate with me that I will never hear from them again, and that there is no hope of ever receiving the items I paid for.
