When I received the tv tuner box I realized it was atsc 1.0, not atsc 3.0. I started the pocess to return it. I got an RMA number from them and shipped it back via US Postal Service as instructed which cost $60 including the Customs fee. I forgot to send them the tracking number right away but I got around to it. Tracking says delivery attempted and package is now available for pickup but it has been stuck there for weeks.  They are no longer responding to my emails.  I will try calling them but I have to do that between midnight and 7 am local time to reach them during business hours in Israel.
