Ordered, and eventually received hearing aids from this company! They DID NOT fit my ears and one of them did not work at all! Called to return defective hearing aids, since they supposedly had a 30 day return policy, and was told that I had to wait 2 weeks from the day I received the product to return them! Wow, that is crazy!
I returned promptly after the 2 weeks, and shipped them on July 31, 2021. The hearing aids were received by them on Aug 4, 2021 and signed for by Stone! According to their advertising, they would "credit as soon as they receive the return!"
Well it has been 2 months and have NOT received the credit, and they have gone silent and not returning emails, and you try and call, and the operator tells you there is NO ONE available!
This company needs to be put out of business! Ripping off senior citizens, they should be reported all over the internet, and I plan on doing that!
