Velvet Caviar CEO and Founder Michelle Aran Immediately notified them upon opening a cameral lens cover that it arrived terribly scratched and disfigured. They rebuffed me that I had damaged it Brooklyn New York

I literally opened the newly delivered order to find that the cameral lens cover was terribly damaged. I immediately notified them and followed their AI powered instructions to capture photos which I did. And the photos were of good quality clearly showing how the damage covered the entire face of the lens cover. 

Their immediate response was that I did "wear and tear" to the item when in fact it had just arrived to me. They completely ignored the fact that tracking the package showed it had just arrived to me and that there was no wear and tear at all.

They are a horrible company - do not support them.
