Worst component to ever deal with. STAY CLEAR! They refuse to reschedule or refund my thousands of dollars I spent with them due to family emergency. I am calling over a month in advance to change dates. I don't even want a refund I just wanted to reschedule. I would never use them. So if anything at all goes wrong out of your control like airfare, emergency not one thing will they help you with. People work way to hard for money for this company to refuse to help. Don't support anyone who doesn't respect your hard earned money. We need to stop supporting these scumbag money hungry companies! It's not ok to do business like this with anyone that refuses to help you. They don't deserve our money. They claim it's sold out but can't resell my ticket in busy season and over a month to do so. Sounds like a scam to me! DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. It's online booking for tours all over the world. Let's please not support this bs any more! They must get to keep thousands of free money? Come on! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!

First off, its NOT A "COMPONENT". This is nothing more than another slime ball third party which tells people they have some magical link to get tickets cheaper which is a bunch of industrial strength BS! What the slime in the third party business do is lock you into an agreement where they TAKE YOUR MONEY which was REFUNDED TO THEM! Nothing has changed in the reservation business. If you want to go somewhere, you make reservations DIRECTLY or use a LOCAL, WELL ESTABLISHED travel agent and not these trashy third parties. They will even make deliberate "mistakes" in hopes you will cancel and they KEEP the money which was refunded to them. Their target victims are the inexperienced traveler. BOTTOM LINE: Never ever use any of this third party trash. You book your reservations DIRECTLY like has always been done or you use a LOCAL, WELL ESTABLISHED REPUTABLE TRAVEL AGENCY! These third parties are all PURE GARBAGE and YOU are at risk of losing ALL YOUR MONEY because of their con-games and schemes.
