I just retired from Canada and purchased my retirement apartment at more than 600,000 USD in an exclusive new luxury tower named:

LUMIERE

in Costa del Este.  The Apartment was a disaster, the walls cracked, the floors came apart, every place where water could leak, it leaked. The entire floor came apart and we had to redo it, costing thousands of dollars and they told us after months of playing around saying they would fix it, that we had to bring to the INSURANCE they made us get from the devleopers father/brother VICTOR HOMSANY.  We tried to file a claim, but found out, we had NO INSURANCE, again, after they strung us out until we could no longer take it.  They keep all our money. 

YES, THEY keep EVERYONE's MONEY.  MONEY GOES IN, and NO MONEY GOES OUT!
