Victoria's Nail & Spa They robbed me and scammed me. Shawnee Kansas

This place is a complete scam and I want to warn others. I booked using a Groupon and told her on the phone before the appointment that I’d be using it—she said nothing about any restrictions. After rushing through my nails in about 10–15 minutes (the fastest and sloppiest service I’ve ever had), she told me to go wash my hands. When I sat back down, she suddenly told me I had to pay $62. She completely forced herself on me and had the whole thing planned out from the beginning. She marked up the price by about 300% from what I originally paid through Groupon. There was no mention in the Groupon listing about not being able to use the voucher on weekends—none of that was disclosed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and even threatened—I didn’t know if she had a weapon or what she was capable of. I paid because I was scared and caught off guard. The salon was empty, the service was horrible, and her attitude was rude and aggressive. Be very careful—this business is dishonest, manipulative, and preys on customers. There is a reason why they are not busy.
