Villa Piana Fruit flies all over my apartment and they are refusing to do anything about it I have had a fruit fly issue for more than 3 weeks. Though they have sent pest control, it continues to have no result and the only thing they are willing to do is to continue to do the exact same treatment that has not worked. Dallas TX

Fruit flies all over my apartment and they are refusing to do anything about it I have had a fruit fly issue for more than 3 weeks. Though they have sent pest control, it continues to have no result and the only thing they are willing to do is to continue to do the exact same treatment that has not worked.
I will not be paying May rent since the apartment has not been livable for the majority of the month

I live north of you and have not had any problems with fruit flies at my house. So how come you have these pests in your apartment? I know about this property and this is a high end property plus very expensive so I am just baffled how fruit flies got there. Have any of your neighbors experienced the same thing as well??
FYI the BBB will do nothing to help you = contact the Texas Apartment Assoc of Greater Dallas to file a complaint with them. Withholding rent in this pandemic may not be a good idea but at least try this agency.
