If you are thinking about purchasing tradelines or doing any type of business with VIP Tradelines, THINK AGAIN!  The guy who runs the show is Leo and he is a big joke.  I was on the other end of the scheme and the person providing the tradelines.

Here is how it works:  You purchase a tradeline and send money to Leo’s bank account (You will never see that money again).  He then tries to pair you with random people who say they are willing to add that person as an authorized user.  Your SSN, name, DOB then goes to a complete stranger in hopes of them adding you to their cards.  If the first go around doesn’t post to your credit report he will scramble and try to get you on another person’s credit card account and the process will repeat and could take months. Forget about a refund because you will never see that.

I provided Leo with about 10 tradelines of which he confirmed 5 posted.  Payment was around $1,000.  He promised me I would be paid half on Friday ($500) and half on Monday several times. Prior to Friday he wouldn’t answer texts, or claimed he was “in meetings” or “out of the office that day”.  Everything was fishy from then on.

Friday came and no money.  I emailed him asking where the payment was and if this company was legitimate or not.  No answer.  I text him Monday and he got extremely defensive saying “no one is going to pay you for sending stupid emails and now we don’t even want to work with you”.  How convenient when I already provided the tradelines and he owes me $1,000. Monday comes around too and no payment.  I emailed multiple times for payment with no success and I’ll never see the money.

So the take away is do not even think about doing any kind of business with Leo/VIPTradelines or purchasing any tradelines from him. You will never get a refund if they don’t post because you deposit money right into his bank account.

Chances are the tradelines won’t even have a significant impact to your credit score and all of your most important information is going in the hands of a stranger and no one affiliated with VIPTradlines. If you are thinking about providing tradelines for Leo to sell, also think again because you won’t get paid.  He will try and turn the situation on you and claim “he doesn’t want to work with you anymore”.

There are at least 6 other reports on RIPOFF Report of Leo scamming people and plenty of others online.  Do your research!  DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.  I can’t wait for Leo’s defensive response in all caps trying to dismiss this s**t he pulled on me.  This guy is a joke and a scammer.  I’ve never dealt with anyone as ridiculous as him.

Company runs illegally. Will be shut down by FTC

AUTHOR: Chuck - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, September 26, 2019

Leo - you are a con artist and a thief. And now i’m filing a report with the FTC so you can sit in jail. LISTEN EVERYONE!! This company runs illegally. It is 100% against federal law to accept upfront payments for any credit repair services.

The FTC has shut down a number of illegal sites that are exactly like viptradelines. Here is a recent article of companies shut down. I’ll have theirs shut down next. https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2019/06/ftc-stops-operators-fake-credit-repair-scheme You cannot take upfront payments. It’s illegal. That’s a fact. Leo and this scam company will provide zero services, if ever at all, until they receive money through a money order or bank transfer.

Common people. Don’t be stupid. And Leo - I’m filing the report with the FTC now. Enjoy jail time. Instead you could have just paid me what you owed me. You are truly a thief and will get what you deserve.

**FALSE ALLEGATIONS**

AUTHOR: Leo - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, September 26, 2019

IN RESPONSE TO THIS FALSE CLAIM:

Before I respond with the details and proof of this false Ripoff claim, I would like for any consumer who is reading these allegations to know that the website "RipoffReport.com" is similiar to a blog allowing the oppurtunity for consumers and competitors to post negative and false allegations against any business.

RIPOFF REPORT DOES NOT HAVE THE INTERNAL RESOURCES TO INVESTIGATE REPORTS THAT A BUSINESS CLAIM IS FALSE. It is common and known that often "competitors" pretending to be consumers spark a faulty transaction in attempt to leave a bad reputation for companies offering the same services.

With that said, I would like to apologize for the delay in response. I have just recently learned of this claim.

Since working with Chuck I had nothing but frustrating communication (on his end) resulting in impossible demands and threats. In this situation, I believe I was the one scammed and given false advertisement.

Chuck offered vendor services to our company giving me the impression that he had active and acceptional Tradelines to offer my customers. After, exchanging information with Chuck he was to show proof that the work was completed on his end. It is in agreement that proof of service is to be given PRIOR to payment. Instead of explaining that there may have been a delay or any discrepanies on his end he was argumentive and responded very aggressively.

He was quick to threaten our company with negative reviews if payment was not given without proof of service on his end. I repeatedly requested this information. Chuck continued to avoid giving this information. In result, this false claim was submitted.

For any companies offering the same services please stir away from this vendor. It was brought to our attention that he works closely with another company. He offers service to competitors with impossible demands, resulting in him attacking thes competitive companies with negative reviews lurring consumers towards the company he works closely with.

Attached are conversations between Chuck and I requesting the necessary information needed in order to submit payment and the quick response of threats given on his end. Also, proof that he was paid for services rendered. Please feel free to contact our company with any questions or concerns regarding this false claim. Thank you!

Adding Pictures for Proof - Read below.

AUTHOR: Chuck - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, April 12, 2019

I forgot to add the pictures of text for proof.  5 of the tradelines posted.  He confirms this in the text and confirms the payment that will never happen.

I mouthed off to Leo today and told him that I was going to post reviews online and now he is sending me texts trying to say that the tradelines never posted and that he doesn't owe me any money. Look at the dates. This guy is such a scam artist and a FRAUD!  Leo the Liar.
