Viraltechmasks.com I placed a couple of orders with this company . After they took my money the website went dark

I placed a couple orders with this company for masks and filters to protect my family and myself. They took the money immediately out of my account. I recieved one email stating my order was hand picked. A couple days later i recieved an email stating the website is down for maintenance .

I have emailed the company several times just to check the status of my order and i havent received a response . Im so angry that google had this on top of there search page. I spent my last on trying to protect my family and i feel like they have taken advantage of people in a crisis situation. Someone please respond to my email or provide me with a refund.
