I Valued Expertise Certified Nurse Assistant have informed the Department of Health/ Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure of all live incidents occurrances of  two or more engages persons such as Register RN by names as who have Truly cause harm to my  Clients & me.   The two registers RN nurses as names is first RN, Alex Baron acting supervior and the second RN,  Maria antione acting contract night supervisor.  Ever since making complaints on the RN acting supervisors Alex Baron and many others who are in engaged.   Notice i am a victim of hardship from company above and with out never Due Process as a True Faithful Service provider of  the United State Government of the virgin ilslands ST Thomas documents only upon request note clients are in Danger,  Notice : My Clients are in danger and i have and did reported it to the dept of health/ VIBNL With noticed a while of years now. 

Company falied  all  demands Crisis reported by me the CNA renewal application certified mail as my present Exhibt-A number is 7018, 1130, 0000, 4587, 5866. December 2020 accurate  Notice CNA holder me been a uphold responsibile person since 1992 and the company failed and refused to applied by all laws.
