Virgo Car rental. Industrial Park location i have a video how can i send Overcharged car insurance without my consent Nassau Nassau

I rented a car from Virgo Car Rental, Airpory Industrial Park, Nassau,  from April 18- May 1, 2022. When I entered the office I told the employee that I was fully covered and had my documents from my car insurnace company in hand.

When I returned to our rental condo, I discovered I was charged an extra $234US for 'insurance rate'. I called the company and spoke to a man who said, the 2014 Hyundai Accent was a 'special car. It was filthy, had scratches and  tire rubs, paint chips and bald tires. So it was not a special car. What was I paying this extra money for?

There was no point arguing with him. He just kept repeating the same story!!! I am requesting a refund of the $234US to be forwarded to me in a cheque.
