We hired this company to do landscaping and install a complete sprinkler system in 2021 for the amount of $16,875. The sprinkler system consisted of three zones that would be hooked up and working and three additional zones that we would expand on in 2022.

When we started work on the expansion part of it we realize that this company did not finish the first part. There are valves that were not wired to the main timer box which makes them pretty much unusable.

We contacted the company via email on 5/2/22 asking for clarification on what was done and why certain things weren't. We did not hear anything back so we reached out again on 5/9/22 and, again, did not get a response. We reached out the following day, 5/10/22 with "The courtesy of a reply would be great..." of which we did receive a reply simply stating "Don't be rude. We've been out of town." Well we happened to go by the establishment and the owner (David Anderson) was outside working, so not on vacation.

We have not heard back since then and decided to give them six more days to respond. Nothing. They "ghosted" us on our first attempt to reach them, lied about being out of town and are now "ghosting" us again. This is going to cost us money out of our pocket to remedy the issues with the sprinkler system.

We've already paid in-full the amount for the entire project under the impression that it was complete only to find out that it was not done completely and other parts not done correctly. We've had continual problems with the system beginning with when it was first installed in 2021 and unfortunately the responses we get are the same complaints about being rude.

We've got a right to be rude. This company took our money, didn't complete the job and then only complain when we contact them.
