I registered and paid for a digital service (video game). I was giving feedback to the owner on a lack of service provided for the digital item I purchased. I was then referred to as a "c**t" by their staff and banned from the service I paid for (I took screenshots of this conversation). They basically are stealing people's money and when you give feedback on a lack of service, you are then blacklisted from their service and your money is stolen.
