Excessive charges for online computer tech support. $3,313.95 was debited from an elderly ladies bank account over a five month period for online tech support by Voxforem.com. Their charges are for Microsoft Intune Standard, $99.99, Microsoft Intune Basic $49.99, Microsoft Intune Pro $299.99 and Microsoft Intune Ultimate $199.99. Basic is for 30 days service, Standard is for six months, Professional and Ultimate are for one year of service. She was charged for the Standard and the Professional on the same day. A year later she was charged for two Standards within a 30 day period, then within a five day period she was charged for two Professionals. And this goes on for another eleven months until her death. While in the hospital $ 1,018.99 was debited with $349.99 coming out after she had passed.

The company answered calls on 11/29/19 and 12/4/19 both stating they would check into it and respond the following day, which neither one followed through. Future calls did not go through to any customer service people although it is advertised that they are there 24/7. Research shows they were a company in the UK for two years then they moved to South Carolina in 2017 that is when they started with servicing my friend. I was unaware of this until after her death and became her Personal Representative. I would like all unnecessary expenses refunded to her estate and to be able to talk to the company about their service, policy and procedures.
