Walker Baptist Medical Center Brookwood Medical Center, BHC Walker Baptist male in blue scrubs took me out in wheelchair with no padding or support and rammed me through 2 doorways telling me I deserved it because I had not been nice to some people that day? I'd just had lithotripsy done and a stent placed for drainage. Jasper Alabama

I had a one day procedure done here.   It was lithotripsy with a stent placed for drainage of the kidney stone pieces.  A male in blue scrubs came with a black wheelchair with no padding or support to take me to car to go home. 

When we got to the lobby he rammed me through the first automatic exit door as hard as he could and I spilled my ice chips/water everywhere.  I said I couldn't believe he did that, he told me I deserved it, that I had not been nice to some people that day? 

Didn't know what he meant.  I told him to stop and I sat the glass down to shake off some of the water, he picked it up and held it at my back and lunged over a doormat and spilled the water all down my back, then threw my water away in trash recepticle by last set of automatic doors, then proceeded to ram me through the last set of doors even harder. 

I peed my pants.  I was stil too groggy and weak to do anything.  A man had approached him to talk once we were outside and I blurted that I need to pee.  He snapped at me and told me he was talking.  The person moved away right away. 

Then he said NOW you have to pee.  He turned the chair around slowly this time and popped it back as though you would pop a wheelie when approaching the first doorway back in. It scaird me to death and I said stop, when he stopped, I got up and wobbled all the way back through the lobby to the desk and asked where the bathroom was, then asked to speak to the hospital administrator. 

When I went to restroom my underwear was full of pure blood and urine, and had soaked through to my pants.  I heard this man before I came out of the restroom.  He was at the desk yelling at the woman and demanding to know who I called for. 

I was probably too weak to wait anyway, but was too afraid to stay there with his aggression, so I wobbled back through the lobby and out the doors to a waiting car to go home.  I have reported this to joint commission, nurse's board and to the hospital board, but hospital rep never called. 

When I called hospital back, someone other than the person I was to talk to gave me second hand information saying they were doing an investigation.  I told her no one had contacted me and that meant nothing. 

Then  few hours later the person contacted me, stiffly told me they would do an investigation this week, and then get back to me by Friday with the results.  I told them of my pain through this and said I needed them to pay to check me out. 

She said no, but maybe afterwards?  Folks, please do yourself a favor and never go to this place.  It is disgusting and disgraceful.
