Walter Resource Partners Chris Kidsley refused to pay earned commissions Arvada Colorado

I worked for Chris and Walter Resoruce Partners for a month and during this month not only was I worked like a slave but I was also not paid out ANY commissions for my efforts at WRP. I resigned from WRP due to a family emergency and overall dissapointment in the work enviornment I was in and I was in contact with Dan Mason the director of operations at the company and he said they would pay me my earn comisssion via check once they recieved payment from their client.

I followed up with Walter Resource Partners a week later and I was directed to contact Chris about contracts. I texted Chris and after a couple hours I received a phone call from him rudely informing me that I was not going to get paid my money. He said that the only way I could get my commission was to continue working for WRP. What he is really doing is holding it ransom so I can come back, this is wrong.

They will promise you the world and insist that if you work hard youll make the money but they will never pay you.  I saw red flags speaking with my other co workers who said that they havent seen a dollar of commission and I got uneasy. This guy is a SCAM artist. DO NOT work for this company whatever you do.
