Wanda LawGroup Nick Wanda Regan Nipper Dragging out filing date / conflicting answers of staff Culver City California

   I hired this firm believing the 5 star rating they proudly show. I also done the online attorneys  due to our needs for convince.  My husband is disabled and his health is declining, so there are many Dr.'s appointment, hospital visits etc.  I felt the online  business would fit our circumstances. Wanda law firm was paid in full on 3-5-24 things went well at first. We had a very nice and helpful case manager got us to our first pre prep 7-15-24. Then we were transferred to another case manager Regan Nipper. She was rude and seem anything she could do to make things hard for me. I explained my situation and the previous case manager would text me when he need documents, her rude explanation was we don't do that here. She wanted me to email my documents to her  email, which at this point I didn't feel comfortable so I continued to email to the documents email. She had been so rude I asked for her supervisor her reply " I am a supervisor "  I said I know you have someone over you and I want to talk to that person. She sent me to Emily ( I have no idea if she is a actual supervisor or not) she was very polite. I had told her we have been paid in full since March and explained that I've been trying to get answers to why it's taking so long. she called me Mrs. Glover?? I said I am not Mrs. Glover , she told me  she  was sent the wrong file ( I believe on purpose) she apologized but then went on to say she was looking and my last payment and it was in July and there hasn't been enough time to get a filing ( I had just seen my receipt where we were paid in full 3-5-24. So no point in arguing when she is looking at it) So I am really loosing confidence that these are comptent employees. I emailed Nick on 12-2-24 I received a reply the next day  stating he addressed Regans attitude but everything was in order and they have the correct file and the reason  is missing documents to keep us from moving forward. Emily reassured me that she would get this moving forward. Right after our conversation I received an email stating we had a prep meeting with Jack on 11-18-24 which we had not so do they really have our correct file? I called to cancel their services they sent me the information to cancel the services but ended up sending mr to Camrie I insisted on a prep date finally they gave me one 12-11-24, Nick said as long as I get my documents in the meeting is on 12-11-24 . So I was looking fo a email for a confirmation didn't get one so I called again I was told by Regan there is no such thing as a prep 2 ( I dug up a email that described the process prep 1 and 2 then to the paralegal so I feel I'm getting shafted. I spoke with a local attorney they told me it shouldn't take that long ) I can't afford to pay another fee.. I would appreciate any feed back you can offer. Sincerely the Bonner's
