Daniel J Smith has repeatedly launched (phenoxied) building companies in the South East Queensland (Brisbane) region after being banned by the QBCC for defective building practices and financial non-compliance - including but not limited to - not paying suppliers, contractors or employees.
Smith's work is always shoddy and second rate at best. He has been pursued by the Australian Tax Office and ASIC. He is no longer supposed to be a company director, yet he has launched another company (Warrego Project Management - ABN: 66 364046818) which is currently being reported to the authorities - as a multiple bankrupt he is unable to be a company director, nor is he allowed to hold a building licence in Queensland.
If you are looking for a builder and have the misfortune to cross paths with Daniel J Smith be sure to avoid using his services - they will be, at best shoddy, at worst dangerous and incomplete.
