Representative stated the cost of up to and not exceeding the policy coverage of $3,000. He stated there would be no charge to me only to my insurance company then sent a bill over $9,000 demanding payment and threatening to file a lien against my property. They continue to threaten and harass with text messages and emails unashamed of their flat out extortion and deception. His total time spent at the house during his 3 visits was less than 2 hours. He removed baseboards, and floating laminate flooring of 108 SQFT, sprayed bleach on walls and ran dryer fans. I have saved all texts that confirm that the charge would not be over $3000 as well as his signature and oath. Which meant nothing to him at all.
