My Way Investment Group Inc Mark Powell ? Ripped me off for $2746.80 Atlanta GA

In Nov 2019 I responded to a Craig's List ad for a invetment return of $10000.00 for a $1000.00 investment. I looked at the web site and it looked like something to make some good money. I used Pay Pal to fund the account. It started out what appeared to be great. At the end of 20 days my account showed $11746.80.

Now when i tried to withdraw the money I was told I had to pay the overage before i could receive my funds $1746.80 which I did by bank wire. And when I tried to withdraw the money I was told I had to pay a non resident tax fee of $1500.00 in order to recieve my pay out. I did not have it and I did not send it.

They claimed all first time investors have to do that. I refused to send $1500..00 then they dropped to $1200.00 and now they are down to a $1000.00. In the contract that I did with them it states that all overage will be taken out of the investment account and funds will be dispersed . I have sent several emails back and forth over the last few months with no response.

This morning I called a new phone number they ha listed and finally talked to a live person. He sounded foreign I had a hard time understanding him. He told me flat out until I paid the $1000.00 I was not going to get my money. I am not going to fall for that. I have lost enough. I did tell him that I filed a complaint with the FBI.

He hung up on me. By the way the person that ran the craig's list ad did not work them. He was a listing service so he says.
