Fraudulent Enticement of Employment, charging $$$ for iheartradio connection ( ie hookup fees). Bottom line it was all a scam. Charlotte North Carolina

After responding to an ad for an employment opportunity at WDRB MEDIA. I was booked for an appointment and flew to NC. The job was for a radio host at WDRM MEDIA and I was hired. Mr. Smith explained they were a nonprofit radio station. Iheartradio and other major donors funded them.

They were in part paying my monthly stipend and these same donors would invest over $2,000.00 a month in the production work of my show. The small catch though is he needed me to pay an initial Iheartradio hook-up fee and iheartradio/WDRB Media Pass. All lies! After that, they try to keep you connected to them for three years via a fake contract.

They want to keep charging you for 6 months for iheartradio hook-up fees, even if you leave. And, for the people who can't keep their show because they can afford the iheartradio hook-up fee, those aforementioned people make them work as free labor to work off fees that don't exist.

In fairness, I took the time for them to prove to me these charges and claims. they denied or act like I never asked. From where I sit, this is a scam that looks like a "RICO" activity to me.

 How To properly report these people. Ernes Smith, Kimberly McDuffie, (Smith ), and Katrina Lynch who make up the entity of what you know as WDRB MEDIA /have complaints spanning back to 2010, and yet, they keep scamming with authority and ease. Why? it's my understanding that they can do this with ease because thy put WDRB MEDIA out front to detract from the real company and real bad actors in the situation.

They hang out with the "so-called" business entity WDRB to roast on purpose, so they can deflect from the real bad acts and the real name of the company that's behind the scam. That's why for over 10 years no one could hold them accountable. I found the mother company. That's what we need to focus on from what I understand. the name "WDRB" is the organizational victim too! 

The real organizational culprit from where the money trail leads are; Profit & Growth Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Inc C2015 097 00987. Affectional called( "Profit & Growth). Y'all they should have just given us our money!

So if you report a complaint and you want it to have teeth moving forward, I'm suggesting the complaint should go something as below: Ernest Smith, Kimberly McDuffie (Smith) & Katrina Lynch who claim to represent a Company by the name of WDRB MEDIA in connection with Profit & Growth Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Inc C2015 097 00987.

WDRB is just the place where the scam happens. the above is the meat and potatoes. Tell your experience then you can also file your complaints about Profit & Growth Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Inc C2015 097 00987. with the N.C Secretary of State and the Nonprofit Department of Justice. these people under WDRB have complaints dating back to 2010.
