webfor99.com seofor99.com Daniel Moranado webfor99 scammed me and threatened me

We purchased his large website package for an eocmmerce site.  He intially provided a decent looking site but had not content, that was fine, I asked him to wait until I had some content and we would be happy to send him content as needed. 

He continued to ask for money, again and again.  He shut off our established working emails. He then took the zero content website live on our domain and demanded to be paid in full.  It was effectively spam and very damaging to our business.  I told him to remove it and wait for content.

He refused and we had to remove him from the account and informed him he could keep what he paid if you returned the work he had done and I could finish, if not we would charge back the card and hire someone less aggresssive. 

He called me and screamed profanities at me and then followed up by a series of profane laced threatening emails.  This guy is nuts and certianly not legit.
