I should have known something was up when Jesse video recorded my hiring interview, he encouraged me to apply for Medicaid, and he and Ryan Dale forced me to sign a stack of papers in a private office and refused to give me copies.

Anyway, I worked for The Transportation Corporation, a California corporation, for about a year and a half. I worked up to 16 hours per day including Saturdays, and when no one else in my region of the U.S. was willing to join this company. I even became a state licensed notary public, and performed countless free notarizations for the company.

The company is in the business of buying cars below wholesale value from unsuspecting car owners, and flipping the cars by way of third party wholesale auctions. Basically, the company promises the moon and stars in a chat or over a phone call, and then cooks up a bunch of "undisclosed factors" that instantaneously lower the car's value upon arrival of their mobile car buyer (formerly, me). Ever carry a briefcase full of cash, car keys, and matching car titles down a sidewalk on the bad of side of the Bronx at midnight on a Friday? I have. Eventually, I foiled 2 attempted robberies and yet, continued to do my job. The company cars have a sign on them that reads, "BUYER CARRIES NO CASH." What a joke. The company even silenced another former buyer who found himself with a handgun pressed to his head in Los Angeles.

After some time, Jesse, Ryan, Justin, Loy, and others began to harass me about notarizing company documents outside of my state of licensure. I refused, stating that this is crime. Then, the company ordered me to make a customer sign blank power-of-attorney form. Again I refused, stating that I will not aid in the commission of any forgery or fraud. Unfortunately for the company, that particular car seller was an undercover white collar crimes investigator. Long story short... They fired me, sent a thug to my home to intimidate my wife and I, and even hired a religious extremist to threaten me with death in writing. Having no further reason to go easy on the company, my wife and I visited our regional FBI office. That investigation remains pending.

It's also worth mentioning that any company reviews that you might see online are simply part of the company's scheme. The company's buyers are ordered to provide preprinted Yelp review instructions only to happy customers. Then the company disputes any negative reviews left by savvy car owners, and gets Yelp to remove them. The company operates similarly to protect its beloved A+ "Better" Business Bureau rating and Glassdoor.com status. All grade A... Silicon Valley crap, folks.

Stay far away from these criminals, whether you're job shopping or car selling. It just ain't worth the $13 per hour. Let's push for reform!

(I remain open to the possibility of settling this dispute with the company).

Really... Scientology?

AUTHOR: R - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, December 15, 2023

Here's something else that I should have known...

Scientologists infilatrated the U.S. Government decades ago (Operation Snow White - Wikipedia), and Jesse DeCrescenzo, a vice president at WeBuyCars.com, is a Scientologist ((PDF) DeCrescenzo: Jesse DeCrescenzo Declaration - DOKUMEN.TIPS). In retrospect, it's no wonder that the U.S. National Labor Relations Board ignored all direct evidence and was hopelessly biased in favor of a private corporation.

A copy of the police report from my post dated February 17. 2022 is reattached to this post.

National Labor Relations Board sides with employer's death threats

AUTHOR: a reformist - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, June 13, 2022

I was informed today that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) sided with WeBuyCars.com's forgeries and death threats and dismissed everything submitted to them by the workers. Now the workers are jobless and going broke because we have not been reinstated nor granted any compensation.

Then I replied to the NLRB informing them that I filed a pro se federal lawsuit containing WeBuyCars.com's violations of the federal RICO (Racketeer and Corrupt Organizations) Act and NLRB's violations of the federal Rehabilitation Act and 5th Amendment.

Although I have an accredited law degree, any federally certified attorney is more than welcome to represent me in exchange for a hefty contingency fee. Please reach out to me!

National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) investigates...

AUTHOR: a reformist - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, February 17, 2022

The FBI found that the company's death threats were based on harassment and made in response to the NLRB's approval of a labor union in 2019 (before the company fired me). The earlier federal invesigation was more or less transferred to an office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Newark, New Jersey.

It seems that the company ignored the labor union and illegally fired about a half dozen workers including me (all union members). I will post again to let you know who sides with who at the Newark NLRB office when that happens. Stay tuned...
