This may be the most unethical company I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot when you consider how poorly most businesses are run today. I purchased cleats for my 11 yr old, and they were too small so I returned them at my expense per their return policy. The cleats were NEVER worn, aside from my 11 year old trying them on in the house where we found that they were too small. wegotsoccer and Devin unethically lied and rejected the return due to "A" scuff being found on one of the shoes. A complete unethical practice and lie to avoid returning our funds. The cleats we returned in the EXACT condition, and I mean exact condition that we received them. They were on my sons feet less than 30 seconds when it was determined that they were too small. I cannot believe they are lying and making false claims to keep $200 and refuse a refund. I filed a claim with the BBB, and I wish I had gone there first! ALL of the addresses for wegotsoccer have a F rating from the BBB because it seems their "M.O" is shady unethical business practices.

Understand, I'm NOT saying you were not treated properly. Got that? Now, lets look at another matter. The ONLY reason this place does not have an "A+" BBB rating is BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T YET...BOUGHT....ONE! The BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY, is most assuredly NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. The BBB with their deceptive BS, has absolutely ZERO POWER to enforce ANY business laws and cannot force ANY business to do anything. Got that? The ONLY PURPOSE of the BBB-BS is to SELL their PHONEY BALONEY "accreditations" and "ratings" to ANY business which wants to BUY THEM. If a business has a BBB-BS phoney rating of "F", all it means is they haven't yet BOUGHT their "A+" phoney rating. When people complain to the BBB-BS about a business, they use that complaint as a SALES LEAD to sell them their PHONEY "A+" rating. Would you go to a doctor who purchased a nice looking certificate hanging on the wall claiming he/she is a "doctor"...a certificate they bought? Of course not but that's exactly what the BUSINESS of the BBB is and anyone who has been in business for longer than five minutes knows this.
