Wehr Fence Company's lack of response to repair damages to neighbor's car and house. celina Tx

Early last week I came home from a trip and noticed my truck was covered with stain drops over the entire vehicle. I let my neighor know and he promptly let Wehr Fence know.  Approximately 10 days pass by and still no response. So I asked my neighbor for their contact information and reached out to them.

They were nonchalant about the complaint and asked that I prove to them the damages. I asked them to send someone to take care of it but they refused without proof. My neighbor is aware of the damages and there's two reasons why no one should use their services.

1. they never contacted me after my neigbhor reached out to them. and

2. they should have apologized and sent someone over to handle it based on what I described to them.

Good customer services never questions a neighbor who says they have stain drops all over their vehicle. In my 20+ years seen a client get treated like I was when I called them to report. WIthout the proper protection or waiting for a less windy day to stain, this type of damage can easily happen. One look at my client's house and I can see stain on his brick where the fence touches the house. I would not trust this company. 

I explained to them I own a construction company and understand this kind of stuff happens more than it should and that the remedy wouldn't be too difficult but again, they just wanted to create resistance despite their own client letting them know of the obvious damages.

They haven't taken care of the issue and this subjects their client to a demand letter and claim against their homeowner's policy if they don't remedy the situation caused by their negligence. Their client doesn't deserve this kind of risk exposure and I shouldn't have to be jumping through hoops to resolve.
