In short here is the condense version
They over use equipment that is not standardized for their services according to insurance, which ultimately insurance will not cover. For us we had a water leak and had repairs started. We let them do their work. After that portion of the job was done and their paperwork was sent to insurance. insurance wouldn't cover the mitigation due to the ridiculous amount of over used and overcharged items. I was researching and this is a common shady thing contractors do.
