Failure to complete work as promised and inability to correct errors of work performed in a substandard and unprofessional manner. Poor workmanship has resulted in creating many other problems on our home project. Despite having expressed our concerns regarding these performance issues, there has not been any attempt on his part to correct the problems.
Instead, he continue to ignore our repeated request that he finish and perform the work he agreed to do pursuant to the contract and correct the work which had been performed in a substandard fashion.
