On 8/12/19 I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu vehicle with my daughter from Jerry Davis from his car lot Wholesale Cars Outlet Sales. Mr. Davis stated everything was good to go with the paperwork so I handed over the monies and my daughter signed the paperwork only to be told after that as a Wholesale dealer wedw have to wait 8/14/19 to receive the Title to the vehicle.

Today its 8/28/19 and we still have No Title. We've called Mr. Jerry Davis and we are meet with very rude speaking and phones being hung up on us. Jerry sold us a car knowingly without the Title.. All we want and need is the rest of our paperwork from Mr. Jerry Davis. Need some advice.
