Wholesale Payments Overpayment Lubbock Texas

I was skeptical off switching my credit card processing but the sales rep was convincing and said they would match my monthly payment of $25.00 and the charge to the customer would be only 3.25%. 

The sales rep even had a letter drawn up with her supervisor to give us a 30 day trial period once the equipment was received.  We finally agreed to this.  The eqipment was delivered and the sales lady come out a week later and set the machine up.  This was the middle of August 2022. 

On September 2nd I was charged $55.00, so double the amount that was told to us.  I called the sales rep and told her we were not going to continue with their services and I also emailed her supervisor with the same information.  I never heard anything back from the sales rep for a while after multiple voice messages left. 

Once again on October I was charge around the $55.00 again.  I called the sales rep and asked what was going on, this time she would get back to me.  October came and left and November once again we where charged.  I called all numbers I had for this company and they say they would finally get things cleared up. 

We received an email stating that they closed are account finally and we would be charges an early cancellation fee of $181.00.  I immediately called and said some not nice things..  I was informed that the sales reps are not able to cancel anything for us and it shows we did not cancel until the middle of November.

  Needless to say once again I get a charge on my bank account for $295.00.  HHHMMMM not the correct amount emailed to us once again.  This company is fraudulent it is not even funny.  STAY AWAY!!!!
