They price gouged customers worse than I've ever seen. They advertise one price and charge another. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your boat here. I wouldn't let Jonathan work on my bicycle! I brought my boat here to get serviced on 7/24/2020. It was told to me it would be ready in 2 days. I saw their ad in Offer up and they advertised $99 an hour. So I decided to give them a try. When I dropped the boat off Jonathan wrote up a list of everything that would like for him to fix. I charter fish so my boat is my source of income. I texted Jesus many times asking about when my boat was going to be ready and all I got was excuses.

Finally, after missing 5 charter trips I called them and told them i was picking up my boat after it was there for 14 days!!!! They told me that it wasn't ready and if they could drop everything and start working on it but they would charge me triple the price because I needed the boat now. This is after the boat sat at their shop for 14 days! I picked up the boat and the bilge pump wasn't working so i ran and bought one-Jonathan charged me $300.00 dollars to replace a bilge pump that I told him to fix 14 days ago.

Long story short they charged me 1,419.75 for their services. $120.00 was in parts alone. everything Jonathan wrote down on the original estimate which had no charges written on it-had $125.00 for each item he wrote down. Check horn $125.00, check fuse $125.00, connected Livewell switch $125.00. I hope and pray no one gets taken advantage of by these crooks. This shop is dispictable and I hope many people read this post and adhere to my warning.
