I ordered three wigs from this company. If I tell you that none of these wigs look nothing like what the company was advertising.. So I decided to email the company, and man name Tony responded and said that he was sorry and suggested that I return the wigs.
However after I let him know that I went to the united postal service I was informed for me to ship it back to China that it would cost me 150.00, and that's to get there soon... The cheapiest would be 75.00 and it could take over a month. Anyway I cant afford to pay that much to return the items.
After I let Ton know again in another email the only reply he could give me was to try and find another way to send it.. And I never heard back from him, and its been almost two weeks since. I feel the company should reimburse me or pay for the full shipping label in order for me to return the items and get my money back. I want my money back.
