1. possible fraud
2 abusive clerks treat clients like criminals
3 email back in codes instead of the lawyer
4 the lawyer never contacts the client personally
5 nicole ramarez said they dont have my medical records
6 they dont know who has my medical records after i saw 2 ssi drs
they didnt forward the records to the new case III worker so ill be denied again
7 they dont answer questions they are flakes and dance around it as if they want the client to commit suicide or have a mental breakdown of exhaustion homeless already suffer sleep deprivation
8 incompetent and dont read emails
homeless clients cant keep legal docs with them they get robbed at night or worse killed
the lawyer doesnt care about homeless poor clients hes selfish if he exists at all
clerks lie contantly antagonize with a gang mentality

Trying to collect SSI - what do you need to have a lawyer for???? Medical Records are property of the Hospital/Doctor which YOU need to request and they will probably ask for a fee. IF this lawyer is paid on contingency then you get what you pay for - nothing
