Billy's Scutt and the joke of a redneck realtor known as Vicki J. McCord of IronGate Realty in Myakka City (Manatee County, FL), sold a house that was a "lemon" to a friend of mine.  Did you ever see the old movie "The Money Pit" with Tom Hanks?  It was similar to that.

The unscrupulous Vicki McCord, who has worked with the Scutt Family (experienced, scumbag real estate flippers in FL for years), advertised the house as "remodeled with great pride."  What a joke.  The house was an old home that was originally built in 1940 that had floors that were rotting, plumbing problems, full of termites, unsafe electrical work, etc...

Vicki McCord lied to the termite inspector telling the termite inspector (when evidence of termites was found) that the house had been treated for termites, WHEN THE HOUSE HAD NEVER BEEN TREATED.

Vicki McCord recommended the home inspector and termite inspector to a naive first time home buyer who trusted her.  What a mistake.

The home was completely redone, structural changes were made, including a screened porch that was enclosed by an unlicensed seller, Billy Scutt (a highly unstable man who has a past felony arrest, domestic abuse injunction, anger issues, and a history of mental problems) without any permits.  

Unfortunately, as you can imagine, the psycho mental case known as Billy Scutt, has never had any type of construction license, and what work Billy Scutt did do was very poor because Billy Scutt is an idiot and does not know what he is doing.  Ask one of Billy Scutt's multiple ex-wives.

In the past, the man who is known as Billy Scutt has worked as a project manager for a company called The Vision Group in Sarasota, FL.  I cannot imagine Billy Scutt being able to manage his way out of a cardboard box, let alone build a house.  Billy Scutt and his family are originally from Pittsfield, MA and have lived (and bought and sold property) in Pittsfield, MA, Blue Ridge, GA, Ellijay, GA, Lake City, FL, Sarasota, FL, Bradenton, FL, Lakewood Ranch, FL, among many other places.

Billy Scutt and his family belong in jail for defrauding people.

Billy Scutt and his father who goes by the same name of William F. (Franklin) Scutt we're last known to be living in a gated, manufactured home community called "Ridgewood Estates" just off of I-75 in Ellenton (Manatee County), FL.

If you want to save yourself, your wallet, and your sanity, a lot of trouble and heartache, stay, no RUN, as far as you can from anything the Scutt's, Billy Scutt, the Scutt Family, Vicki McCord, Danielle Santoro, Iron Gate Realty are involved in.

There are plenty of other honest, reputable real estate agents out there.  Find someone else, but stay away from these grifters.
