James Chong: Manager/Owner evicted many black women suddenly because they had too many belongings, according to him. He discriminates against black women. He has security cameras everywhere, and told a woman living there he saw her taking a shower. James has a big housekeeper and a smaller housekeeper. Both housekeepers are Latino, the big housekeeper speak English, the smaller speaks no English but stares at you meanly. The big housekeeper ask you personal questions for example: are you on your period? Are you going on a date? Where did you go out of town?
The housekeepers makeup lies about who live there and James believes anything they say. He is a pathological liar and racist as well. He will allow you to stay long term, then when he's done with you, he will kick you out. He also has fire hazard issues(beds in front of windows, and windows that don't open). And will continuously harrass you asking is this your belongings?
I would not recommend anyone stay at Wilshire Metro Hostel.
