This is a formal and public complaint regarding the ongoing violations at 11173 Charnock Road, Unit #212, Los Angeles, CA 90034.

After:

• Repeated reports of illegal utility charges & other random, nonsensical, illegal fees and breach of lease
• Clear retaliation and harassment from the landlord/property manager
• Exposure to a hostile nuisance tenant
• Complete inaction from LAHD, the City Attorney, and Council District

I have now published the full timeline, documentation, and signed tenant corroboration for public review.

 What This Includes:

• Illegal utility fee imposition in violation of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO)
• Breach of contract related to lease terms on included utilities
• Retaliatory behavior (fabricated charges, targeted inspections, verbal harassment)
• Privacy violation – My name was disclosed to a hostile tenant after reporting them
• Building safety issues that remain unresolved despite formal complaints
