Window Well Covers 4 U Rhino Window Well Covers Terrible service and failure to honor warranty Arvado CO

In Jan 2020, Window Well Covers 4 U (AKA Rhino Window Well Covers) installed our window well cover. The installation was missing one hinge, which the installers promised to install within a few days. Almost two years later, the hinge has still not been installed. At least a dozen times over the months, we have called and left messages. While most messages have not been returned, a few have resulted in promises to deliver and install the hinge, yet none of these promises to complete our installation have been kept. Most recently, they promised to complete our installation on Nov 11, 2021, but once again they did not show up. Despite leaving two phone messages and two texts since then, I’ve received no response.

We were foolish to trust this company to complete the installation. I am embarrassed to admit that I paid them in full, trusting them to install the missing hinge. I won’t make that mistake again. Our experience confirms that this company is untrustworthy, will not fulfill it’s commitments and warranties, and provides entirely unreliable service.

Finally, after threatening to post reviews of our experience on multiple review sites and social media, they have completed the original installation by installing the missing hinge. What a horrific experience of terrible customer service and failure to honor their advertised warranty!!!
